Week 32

Mom,

Silvia was baptized on Friday!!! It was such a cool baptism, and she has such amazing faith!! She comes from a small country in Africa called Equatorial Guinea. This country has about 0 members of the church, hahaha! Well maybe more, we're not exactly sure how many, but we know the church is pretty much nonexistent there. She feels the spirit so powerfully, and so strong every time we teach her!!! She is going to go home in a few weeks, and teach her island, and help the church grow there!!! She said her goal is for there to be a temple where she lives!!!! Isn't that so cool!?!?! She was saying that after she was baptized her family was asking her some hard questions, and making her life a little difficult, but she said that the spirit told her exactly what to say to defend her faith! She said that with God she can be strong, and help her family!!! Ahh, there is so much I want to tell you about her!! We have had the most uplifting spiritual lessons with her! It has been amazing to watch her grow and learn!!!

So transfers.... I'm staying, and so is Sister Pinkston......and we're getting a third sister!!! Her name is Sister Tiffany. She is also a Chinese speaking missionary, which will be so cool!!!!! We will be able to teach so many more Chinese people now which is so exciting!!! A Trio and a Chinese speaking missionary!!! This transfer is going to be amazing!!!!

I hope y'all had an amazing Easter!!! I just want to share with y'all something that I love! This is from the Easter video the church put out this year. “He was the world’s greatest conqueror, yet He ruled no nations, led no armies, never raised a sword. Took no spoils. His only crown was made of thorns. He won victories, no one else could. He defeated death. He conquered sin and offers peace to all who follow Him. He can calm troubled seas and troubled souls. He can heal broken lives and broken bonds. He can turn water into wine and heartache into hope. He lived, died and lived again, so we will all live again. His resurrection brings us peace, now and forever. He is Jesus Christ, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Prince of Peace” You can watch this video here!

I love this! I love our Savior Jesus Christ, and I know that through Him we can all find peace in our lives! I am so thankful for this perfect example we have in our lives!!! Please tell me what you think of the video! Everyone, I want to hear your thoughts!! I love y'all; have an amazing week!!!

Sister Kotter :)

Oh and for a package.....maybe some Nutty Bars, pictures, letters, I'm not really sure what else...I'
ll keep thinking about that!
