Week 55

Hi Mom,

I'm still in shock that Shae got her Driver's License! Crazy! Time flies and people grow up! It's weird, and I don't like it too much! I also was in shock when I heard Ty was working on his eagle project... I didn't think he was old enough to do that!! what next Riley is going to be passing the sacrament, Courtney in YW...

Anywho.... Mission life is great! I was thinking about how great it this week as I was on exchanges with a sister. We were walking down the streets of Dublin talking about of favorite qualities of
Jesus Christ. As we were talking she started laughing and said "I love missions!! When else do 20 year olds walk down the street talking about Christ?!?" It's so true though! Our whole lives are centered on Jesus Christ right now. We truly talk of Christ, preach of Christ and rejoice in Christ!! I love it!!! Life is so simple when you make Christ the center of everything you do! What other 20 year olds think that?!?! Not many! I truly am blessed!

I haven't gotten to watch women's conference yet, I'll be watching it on Saturday!!! I am so excited, and I'll take note of what you liked, so I can watch out for it :) I am so excited for conference this weekend! I don't think I truly appreciated conference until my mission! We can receive so much revelation as we are listening to the inspired words of the men and women who are so close to God!

Sister Gregson and I were pretty sick this week, so not much got done :( Well that's a lie; I was able to catch up on laundry, but nothing useful ;) We were feeling better towards the end of the week though and we were able to teach this girl from Brazil named Loraine. It was an amazing lesson!
She kept talking about how she is in Ireland for a reason, and how she knows God is going to give something big to her. As we were talking about the Restoration the spirit was testifying to her the whole time that this was good, and it was true! She accepted a baptism date, and is excited to read The Book of Mormon! I love how some people are so prepared!!

Big news as well, moves call is this Saturday!! It's been 6 good transfers in Dublin, but I think my time has finally come to leave... :( but we will see what happens! I'm actually really excited to find out what will happen this next transfer!

Love y'all lots and hope you have an amazing week!!

Sister Kotter :)

Dad,

I am grateful for the gospel that gives us hope and comfort when things get hard! This week was a hard week for us here in Dublin. All our investigators keep disappearing! We had one guy who was supposed to be baptized on Friday, but now we can't find him anywhere! It's no fun when you have a couple weeks in a row where everyone is falling through, but I guess we get to learn something from this!
I hope you have a great week daddy!! I love you tons!  Thanks for being the most amazing father ever!! I'll also give evidence to back up that statement! You taught me how to change a tire which came is handy this morning. We had to change our front tire this morning, because it was totally flat! It was easy because you taught me, so thanks! The only hard part was the fact that it was cold!!! I'm not a huge fan of changing a tire in the cold! hahah Any ways love you!!! have an amazing week!
