Week 47

Mom,

I feel like the weeks are going by faster and faster! It's actually really crazy!! I feel like I was just emailing you yesterday!!! And I really am having a hard time believing that school starts next week for Shae!! That is crazy!!!

We had to pass Ueverton to Clondalkin Ward :( That's why there was the video with the elders haha) we found out that his flat is right on the border of the ward boundary lines, and it's not our ward :( It was pretty sad, but he went to the other ward yesterday, and still loves it! It made me so happy to know that he is truly converted to the church, and he will go to whatever ward he is assigned!!

Anyways! this week was a crazy one! We had all Ireland Conference so Sister Checketts and I were busy picking up sisters from bus stations, train stations, and even the airport then taking them to the church! We actually had 8 sisters staying in our flat one of the nights...that is the role of an STL right there.. hahah just kidding.. kinda, but it was really great to see all the missionaries in Ireland, and to be able to see President and Sister Donaldson again! They amazing people and I am so grateful for them.

Another fun thing that happened this week was I got hit by a bike. STORY TIME!!!! Sister Checketts and I were GQing this old man (he was kind but just trying to get out of the conversation with out being rude) when out of no where I feel this huge pain in my back, and I am flying into the old man... luckily he caught me, but I turn around, and this guy on a motorized bike is stumbling around and then rides away. I always knew it was going to happen, but I thought it would be when I was walking across the street not standing on the sidewalk! Don't worry my back is okay! I have a bit of a bruise, but nothing too serious :) It was just a shock to the system!

To answer your question about the weather...the weather is the worst!!! It's raining and cold one minute, and then sunny and hot another!! Yesterday it was off and on pouring!!!! It was kinda the worst, and we got so wet but hey that's the life of a Scotland/Ireland missionary!

I love y'all so much!!! Keep being amazing! try to share the gospel with everyone you meet!!

Love
Sister Kotter :)
