Week 49

Mom,

I'm so glad you love your new calling!!! When you love what you do it makes it so much easier!!! You are probably the best YW leader ever!!!

This week was a fun week for sure!!!  It started with p-day! We had lunch with Ueverton and the Sisters in Finglas. Then we took the sisters to the beach! It was semi sunny, but the beach was nasty! We still enjoyed our time together laughing and having fun! We then had exchanges in Edinburgh!! We were on exchanges with the stlts (sister training leader trainers). It was really great!! It was fun to be in Edinburgh again. I feel like every time I go there I learn so much! Plus the plane rides are a nice time to take a quick nap!! Once we were back in Dublin Sister Checketts and I had to work super hard to get ready for our exchange with another set of sisters who were coming in on Thursday! Needless to say it was a busy busy week, and a tiring one, but it was all so good!! I love being able to go on exchanges! It is so cool to be able to work with the sisters for a day, and to help uplift and encourage them!! When I'm on exchanges I can truly see these sisters the way Heavenly Father sees them. It's been such a blessing!
It's already moves call again!! My guess is I'll leave Dublin, but hey ya never know!!
I cannot believe how fast time is flying by! It seems like just yesterday I was packing my bags, and heading to England! I feel like time is speeding up! It just keeps going faster and faster!! kKnda scary, and I hope it slows down just a bit!!
I love being a missionary! I love sharing the gospel with my brothers and sisters! It's been truly amazing to see the change in others, and in myself as I serve the Lord!

I love you so much!! Have an amazing week!!
Sister Kotter :)

Dad,

The reason I asked for my going home date is because I had no clue!!!  I'm glad it's in March :) (March 19th) that means I'll get my full 18 months!!! Just keep praying for Cesar, and pray that we can find more people! I've been doing really good! I'm a bit frustrated with different things that our leaders are doing in the mission. There turning it into a huge numbers game, and while numbers are important they aren't as important as the individual people. They want us to just be super robotic almost, and I don't feel like that's what President Donaldson or the Lord wants from us. So, I'm just having a hard time finding the balance between numbers and people. It's not a huge deal, and I'll figure it out :) but don't be worried about me!
Even with this going on I feel so blessed to be here, and to be able to work! You might want to start praying for me to be warm though because it's getting cold really fast!!! hahaha I love you daddy!! Thanks for always being there for me :)

Love,
Sister Kotter
