Week 7

Hey Momma!!

So this week was a hard week. It was October holiday, and this town is a holiday town, which means almost everyone was on holiday this week. We taught a few lessons, and made a few appointments for this week, but nothing really big happened this week. We're just working hard to find the people who are ready to hear the gospel!! Transfers are coming up in 2 Sundays!! Can you believe that?!?! I've almost been out a whole transfer! It's so crazy!! There's not much new happening here. It's just kinda the same old thing all the time! hahaha

One story that did stand out to me while I was studying was the story of Aaron and his missionary service! I was reading the chapter right before he talked to Lamoni's father, and it talks about how no one would listen to him and the people in the cities would harden their hearts and kick him and his other missionary friends out of the city. He went through so many hard trials until he found king Lamoni's father, and he was able to teach him. Because he taught him, there were so many people that were converted to the gospel!! Sister Smith and I are just in that hard chapter right now where we are showing the Lord what we are willing to do for him, but soon (and I mean very soon) we will turn the page and we will find our king Lamoni's father!! haha We are working so hard and we will see the blessings from this!!!

Funny story, well we made a goal last week to not set off the fire alarm while cooking,, and we almost met it... we were cooking dinner Sunday night and it went off :) hahaha we were like ahhh we were so close to reaching our goals!!!! haha

I love you daddy!! There's not much to write about this week.. oh I have a cold so that's no fun, but other than that I am just so grateful that you and mom taught me to be a hard worker cause if you hadn't then there is no way I could have survived this!! Y'all are the best!! I love you!!!

Oh and even though my emails might sound a little depressing I'm actually doing really good!! I have really never been so happy in my life!!! The work is slow here, but I am learning so much and growing so much!!!
